Initial Coaching Consultation
Our initial consultation session typically lasts 60-90 minutes as we cover a lot of ground like your goals (personal, family, relationships, business, etc), obstacles to success, past efforts, and current resources. By the end of this consultation, we will outline clearly defined pathways to success, as well as determine whether coaching services will help you achieve your goals!

Each coaching program is tailored to the unique situation of each client, but Coach Ellender does follow a structure that ensures action- and solution-oriented experiences for all clients.

Step 1 – Phone consultation to ensure solid match of goals and services
Step 2 – Initial session: Clarify goals & evaluate client’s strengths and support system(s)
Step 3 – Discuss historical trauma timeline to assess symptoms, behavioral patterns, and unhealthy coping
Step 4 – Experiential exercises (mindfulness, creative change mindset, etc) and educational concepts establish practiced formula for achieving goals
Step 5 – Post-coaching game plan and recommendations: Continuing education, resourcing, new coping tools, etc

You will accomplish major exploration, processing, and healing in a short amount of time, allowing you to get to the root of problems quickly.

*Note: For some issues and goals, coaching intensives can offer maximal therapeutic progress when paired with ongoing (weekly or monthly) traditional sessions with your psychotherapist or life coach.
